Become a Volunteer

Without Volunteers, Kumbartcho would cease to exist.

 

Volunteers can be any age over 12 and do not require special skills to be able to help Kumbartcho operate.

 

There is no minimum (or maximum) time commitment.  

 

Volunteer tasks may be as varied as:

 

• transferring seedlings to larger pots,

• serving Customers,

• keeping the displayed plants looking attractive,

• keeping the Sanctuary free of weeds,

• taking people on Guided Walks,

• collecting seeds from the local area and processing them,

• Using their Microsoft Office and Computer skills to keep records up to date,

• Making signs to help our Vistors find their way,

 

. . . . .All while having a good time and enjoying the tranquility of the Sanctuary.
